Fürth, September 29, 2020: Effective September 1, 2020, Wolfgang Braunmiller (52) became part of the Executive Board of valantic (www.valantic.com) responsible for the valantic people Competence Center, which focuses on SAP Human Capital Management (HCM). As Chief Operational Officer (COO), this SAP expert particularly wants to continue expanding the operative team in the areas of HR accounting and time management. In addition, Braunmiller will assist corporate customers on their journey to adopting integrative cloud scenarios in HR management. This also includes the use of new technologies such as voice-controlled chatbots and artificial intelligence (AI).
In his new function, Wolfgang Braunmiller will further expand valantic’s offerings in SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) with new services and products. A focal point will be on the integration of future-oriented technologies, such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, and intelligent chatbots. valantic solutions and their integration into cloud environments will be enhanced.

To achieve this, classic HR management has to be replaced with a digital end-to-end process that maps the employee’s working life continuously and ranges from recruiting to personnel development to the transition to retirement.”
Braunmiller has been engaged in SAP consulting and organizational development for 25 years.
Before assuming his new position as COO of valantic people, Braunmiller was IT director, SAP consultant, founding member, and member of the executive board of an industry-specific SAP consulting company and he was Senior Vice President of an SAP consulting company for the areas of HCM and SuccessFactor.
