Munich, October 18, 2024: valantic, the digital consulting, solutions, and software house, has strengthened its management team by appointing 17 internal employees to its Partner Circle. These newly appointed partners will collaborate with the existing leadership team, taking the company forward into the future. The Partner Circle further welcomes two other new members who recently joined the company.
valantic is among Europe’s fastest-growing consulting firms specializing in digital transformation, software development, and IT implementation. With a team of over 4,000 professionals, valantic provides end-to-end client support, addressing the full spectrum of digital transformation challenges. The company’s projected revenues are approximately EUR 600 million for the current financial year.
A key driver of valantic’s success is its unique partner model. The Partner Circle comprises the company’s top decision-makers and is central to shaping strategy, fostering employee development, building the brand, and steering company growth.
The new partners are (in alphabetical order): Christian Albrecht, René Balser, Stefan Billeb, Wolfgang Braunmiller, Guido Czampiel, Sebastian Drickl, Ines Eschbacher, Rüdiger Hoffmann, Renaud Jamaer, Marco Kahler, Matthias Krefeld, Pascal Menger, Christoph Pschorn, Guido Schlief, Sebastian Straus, Matthias Thelen, Heino Vigsø, Daniel Wächter, Anja Wilde.
To be considered by the Partner Panel, new partners from within valantic must demonstrate their entrepreneurial mindset and have already made significant contributions to the company’s growth beyond their own business areas.
Dr. Holger von Daniels, CEO and founder of valantic, explains: “Each of our new partners has made a significant impact on our company’s success, showcasing exceptional skills and outstanding leadership qualities. Appointment to the Partner Circle is thus well-deserved, as they consistently embody valantic’s values and principles in their daily work. Personal qualities such as empathy, team spiritedness, and everyday support and development of colleagues are just as crucial as their outstanding professional expertise and systematic commitment to entrepreneurial thinking.”
valantic’s Partner Circle additionally welcomes two new hires: Guido Schlief and Matthias Krefeld. Guido Schlief, who—as recently announced—joined valantic in September as Chief Commercial Officer and Co-Lead of the SAP Division, brings over 25 years of leadership experience from his time in senior management at SAP SE. Matthias Krefeld, who was recently appointed Managing Director of valantic’s SAP division, also joins with a rich background in IT consulting, having held key roles at top consultancies such as Capgemini, Allgeier, and most recently Nagarro. Krefeld will strengthen and bring fresh perspectives to valantic’s successful Retail & Wholesale team.
Dr. Holger von Daniels said, “Guido and Matthias bring many years of industry experience that will greatly enhance our Partner Circle. Both have already demonstrated their outstanding leadership qualities in previous roles and shown they embody the core values that define our company.”
