Dornbirn/Vienna, October 25, 2023: The digital consulting, solutions, and software house valantic has appointed Tilman von den Hoff, Mario Gruber-Kalteis, and Andreas Saler as new managing directors of its SAP consultancy in Austria, valantic Business, Technology & Transformation GmbH (valantic BTT). valantic BTT is headquartered in Dornbirn in the Austrian federal state of Vorarlberg. Its portfolio focuses on SAP services covering, in particular, consulting, implementation, and development services in the SAP on-premise and cloud fields as well as training programs and 24/7 hosting services. valantic BTT’s numerous proprietary SAP add-ons are renowned well beyond Austria’s borders. valantic BTT originally operated under the proTask GmbH brand before joining the valantic family in 2021.
The consulting, solutions, and software house valantic is restructuring the management of its SAP Competence Center in Dornbirn and Vienna.
Mario Gruber-Kalteis has been appointed new managing director of valantic BTT. He has been working at the company (formerly proTask) for 16 years and is a proven expert in the areas of SAP Analytics Cloud, Enterprise Planning, SAP BW/4HANA, Customer Engagement Skills, and S/4HANA Transformation, among others. Most recently, Mario Gruber-Kalteis worked at valantic BTT as Vice President of Sales and Delivery. He holds a master’s degree in Operational Process and Project Management from the Vorarlberg University of Applied Sciences.
In his position as managing director of valantic BTT, he sees his central task as “to address the broad field of diverse challenges on the part of our customers with the product and service portfolio of all valantic companies as well as the wide range of SAP solutions and innovations, and thus to significantly drive the digital transformation of our customers.”
Andreas Saler serves as the second, equal managing director of valantic BTT. He has more than 16 years of experience as a SAP Senior Consultant in the areas of Human Capital Management (HCM) / SuccessFactors and, before that, worked as a SAP Application Manager FI/CO (Finance, Accounting, and Controlling) at Gebrüder Weiss GmbH. Saler holds a master’s degree in In-house Project and Process Management from the Vorarlberg University of Applied Sciences.

Tilman von den Hoff is the third, equal managing director of valantic BTT and responsible for customer and consulting mandates in the area of finance in the SAP S/4HANA environment as well the intensive cooperation of valantic BTT with all other Competence Centers within the SAP Services Division at valantic.

Before joining valantic, von den Hoff held management positions at various medium-sized companies, including the household appliance manufacturer Vorwerk with its cult brand Thermomix.
