New Expertise in the Areas of Cloud, IIoT, BPM Mobility and Automotive
Munich/Eschborn/Berlin, October 20, 2021: Digital consulting and software company valantic continues its expansion course and, through the merger with SyroCon AG, now also has a presence in the technology areas Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) and Business Process Management (BPM). SyroCon and valantic’s Supply Chain Excellence division will be pooling their resources in future to form the new 350-strong Smart Industries unit, offering customers even better support for IIoT solutions and cloud strategies as well as e-mobility and autonomous driving.
Like valantic, SyroCon also sees itself as a trusted partner on the path to digital transformation and supports customers from a wide range of industries on this journey. SyroCon will be pooling its expertise with valantic Supply Chain Excellence to form the new valantic Smart Industries division. The combination of SCE’s industrial process competence and SyroCon’s IIoT expertise will in future let customers benefit from fully integrated, fitter-for-purpose solutions for business process digitization and innovative, new business models.
SyroCon also strengthens valantic in the area of system migrations to the cloud.
