New Managing Director in the Netherlands

Rotterdam, December 14, 2022: Jelmer Spoelstra is the new managing director of valantic CX Netherlands as of 1 January 2023. He takes over from Niek Bosua, who is making the move to valantic as a Partner. With more than 3,000 specialized solution consultants and developers, and net sales of more than EUR 400 million in 2022(e), valantic is one of the fastest growing digital solutions, consulting, and software companies in Europe.

Jelmer Spoelstra has years of experience as commercial director and HR director at valantic Netherlands. In those roles he has made a major contribution to the growth of the company with great success.

On an international level, valantic is once again intensifying its innovation and growth course. The company recently raised EUR 500 million in growth capital, which will be invested in the strategic expansion of the company’s technology and services portfolio and further internationalization.

This also requires a new approach within the Dutch branch of the company. To move forward in the right direction, Jelmer has appointed Sander Berlinski as Director of Propositions and Strategic Growth, and Axel Augustinus as Director of People, IT & Projects to the Management Team of valantic Netherlands as of 1 January.
