Munich, March 21, 2025: valantic announces the rebranding of mm1 Consulting GmbH to valantic NXT GmbH. The consultancy for connected business has been part of valantic—one of Europe’s fastest-growing management consultancies for digital consulting, solutions, and software—since September 2022. The name change completes the rebranding, setting the course for the company’s strategic direction.
Since 1997, mm1 has successfully guided clients on their digital transformation journeys. During this time, the company has experienced continuous growth and earned multiple accolades, including brand eins “Best Consultants” and Handelsblatt “Top Consultancy.” Today, 180 employees across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland support leading companies in the automotive industry, rail transport, manufacturing, telecommunications, finance, and insurance sectors.

With mm1’s renaming to valantic NXT GmbH, the existing management team—Rainer Lindenau, Volker Scholz, David B. As part of the valantic family, they aim to build on the company’s remarkable growth in recent years. Moving forward, the focus will be on expanding into new markets, including the public sector, aerospace, and defense, particularly in the Data & AI, Process Automation & Intelligence, and Cyber Security consulting fields.
