Munich / Copenhagen, August 30, 2023: The future belongs to data-driven business models and AI: With this conviction, the digital consulting, solutions and software company valantic is continuing its international growth course and for the first time welcomes a new family member in the Nordics. The Danish consultancy Inspari brings a comprehensive service portfolio covering the areas of data strategy, data engineering, analytics, artificial intelligence and cloud. With a clear focus on Microsoft technologies such as Azure and Power Platform, Inspari helps its customers to make data-driven business decisions. Many blue-chip companies such as Pandora, Bestseller, Maersk and Biomar already trust in Inspari’s experienced specialists.
The digital consulting, solutions and software company valantic has passed an important milestone on its international growth path: With Danish digital consultancy, Inspari, valantic has gained a team of 180 new colleagues who specialize in pioneering technologies centering on artificial intelligence, data engineering and cloud infrastructures. For valantic, this growth step also represents its debut in the Nordic market – a region that is spearheading Europe’s digital initiatives.
Inspari’s portfolio covers end-2-end consulting and implementation services for leading Microsoft technologies such as Azure or Power Platform. With Actify, Inspari also offers its own Azure-based analytics software aimed at easy-to-start business intelligence and use cases in the smart building segment.
Inspari’s positioning has been a key factor for its success over many years. This is because ever more companies are recognizing the benefits of data-driven business models and processes and the associated potential of AI technologies. As a Microsoft Partner with specialization on Analytics on Microsoft Azure, Inspari concentrates on a software provider that has occupied a Leader position in analyst Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for Analytics and Business Intelligence 16 times in a row. Especially in Denmark, Microsoft has a strong market presence which the tech giant intends to further consolidate in the coming years. Microsoft is also currently investing heavily in OpenAI services to open up promising growth prospects for its partners.
Inspari has a highly experienced and well-connected management board led by founder and CEO Jens-Jacob Thuun Aarup. Since it was founded in 2007, he and the Inspari team have built up an imposing portfolio of more than 300 national and international regular customers – including many high brand recognition companies such as Pandora, Bestseller, BoConcept, Danske Bank, Maersk and BioMar.
With Inspari, valantic adds weight to its data, AI and cloud consulting proficiencies. Besides a seamless, end-to-end consulting and implementation portfolio that includes the technologies of all market relevant suppliers, valantic’s customers now have access to an interdisciplinary team of around 550 consultants and developers with the appropriate technical expertise.
“With Inspari, we are gaining a new member of the valantic family that is recognized as the leading advanced analytics consultancy in the Danish market”, says Dr. Holger von Daniels, founder and CEO of valantic. “By joining forces, Inspari and valantic are building one of the largest data companies in Europe, standing out from the competition with a comprehensive end-to-end portfolio for Data Analytics and AI services. Thanks to the new presence of valantic in the Nordics, we’re also setting us up for further growth in a region that is front running digitalization in Europe. I’m greatly looking forward to working with 180 highly qualified new colleagues who share our cultural values and will enrich valantic both professionally and personally.”
“By joining the valantic family, Inspari takes a huge step in the ability to add even more value to both customers and employees.
