Munich/Dreieich, September 10, 2018: valantic expands its range of services to include strategic planning and implementation support for digital transformation projects. To achieve this, INTARGIA Managementberatung GmbH now joins the digitalization specialist valantic. valantic now advises executive boards and management boards on the design of digital strategies and at the same time, assumes responsibility for the professional, organizational, and technological implementation of projects. With this move, valantic has reinforced its position as a digitalization partner with excellent strategic and technological expertise for digital transformation.
For 30 years, INTARGIA has successfully advised companies and organizations about their strategic IT and digitalization orientation. The company’s core competencies include, in addition to the development and implementation of digital strategies, also the design and implementation of future-oriented IT architectures and support for large software and infrastructure projects – from project design to selection and contract design, through to roles in project management, project governance, as well as contract, provider, and claim management. In addition, INTARGIA advises on professional-technical implementation and adherence to data privacy requirements. INTARGIA has already been presented with numerous awards for its IT strategy advising, among others, from WirtschaftsWoche – first place in the category Best of Consulting “IT Management” (2017) – and the “Special Prize Digitalization” (2017) with the rating “excellent.”
Matthias Uhrig, Chair of the Executive Board at INTARGIA, will retain this position and become a partner at valantic. INTARGIA Managing Directors Daniel Krzyzak and Steffen Weber will, together with the INTARGIA-partners Christian Schauß and Thomas Lang, continue to develop INTARGIA in the same position and thereby also expand valantic’s services.
