Munich, February 03, 2022: The digital solutions, consulting and software house valantic continues to grow in 2022 and is now joined by full-service digital agency DGTLS GmbH. With this expansion, European consulting house valantic, which reported FY2021 revenues of approx. EUR 270 million, sees its headcount grow to more than 2,200. That DGTLS joins into valantic also forms the largest Pimcore provider in the German-speaking region.
Further growth at valantic: Digital agency DGTLS GmbH, with offices in Munich, Barcelona, Traunstein and Vienna, kicks off the new year by joining digitization specialist valantic. DGTLS serves the entire lifecycle and development cycle of web and digitization projects and markedly augments the solutions offered by valantic’s 700-strong CX powerhouse. DGTLS’s broad service portfolio includes strategic consulting, programming and the development of digital platforms and websites. Besides this, the agency also offers its customers e-commerce solutions and e-shops as well as digital platforms such as for Product Information Management (PIM), Master Data Management (MDM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM). As a full-service provider, DGTLS further assumes responsibility for the success of marketing projects and the project management of entire marketing campaigns, including conception, design, content production, photography and video, as well as controlling and reporting of business success via KPIs.
Christoph Pschorn, Christoph Münch and Sebastian Drickl, the three founders and Managing Partners of DGTLS, are digital business veterans who have been working in this field since 2007. With their team of almost 100 highly qualified employees, they conceive, design and program custom-made web projects, create sophisticated designs and develop successful advertising campaigns for their customers. Hundreds of successfully completed customer projects – including for companies such as the Erwin Hymer Group, Caritas, Tebis, Iwis and many more – have catapulted the Munich-based full-service agency into the top tier of German web service providers.
As a new part of valantic, DGTLS diversifies the European digitization specialist’s service range and can exploit valantic’s many CX strengths, for example, to leverage cross-selling potential. Customers benefit from even broader consulting expertise, enhanced opportunities for business success and sustained service quality excellence.
“With DGTLS, we’ve gained a new partner that further strengthens our expertise and solution competence with exceptional services and outstanding consulting skills, especially in the boom markets of e-commerce, web development and digital platforms. Our multinational and upper midmarket customers will benefit from this enormously,” emphasizes valantic founder and CEO, Dr. Holger von Daniels.
The three Managing Partners and founders of DGTLS also comment on the merger. “We’re very excited about working with our new colleagues and partners at valantic,” says Christoph Münch. “valantic’s holistic consulting and digitization concept and its partnership-based company culture perfectly match our own company’s philosophy,” stresses Sebastian Drickl. And Christoph Pschorn underscores “The new structure will help us tap new market segments and offer our customers even better service than in the past”.
