Dr. Horst-Florian Jaeck Joins valantic’s Management Team

Munich, March 28, 2025: Dr. Horst-Florian Jaeck has joined the management team of the digital consulting, solutions, and software house valantic as Managing Director and Partner, effective immediately. Alongside his leadership role in the valantic Analytics Center of Excellence, Jaeck, who holds a doctorate in business informatics, will also serve as co-lead of valantic’s internationally focused Data & AI Practice.

As Managing Director and Partner, Dr. Horst-Florian Jaeck brings many years of management experience and deep professional expertise to valantic. His appointment aims to further strengthen valantic’s position as a leading European partner for AI transformation, spanning the entire value chain – from data strategy and architecture to data engineering and governance, as well as AI implementation and the development and realization of industry-specific use cases.

Extensive Experience in Data & Analytics

Jaeck has built an extensive career in IT consulting, with a strong focus on data & analytics and artificial intelligence. Before joining valantic, the 47-year-old led the Data Architecture, Analytics & AI cluster at IT consultancy MHP – A Porsche Company, where he managed both personnel and sales for a department of approximately 300 employees.

Prior to MHP, Jaeck served on the management board of the consultancy rpc – The Retail Performance Company, where he was responsible for establishing and leading the Data Analytics service line. Academically, Jaeck, laid the foundation for his expertise in data & analytics early on. For his dissertation at the University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt, he conducted research on customer lifetime value calculation and its application as a control variable in customer relationship management.
