360-Degree Assessment

With the help of the 360-degree assessment, we analyse the digital status quo of your company holistically.

As part of the assessment, existing strengths, weaknesses and potentials are identified and analysed in a SWOT analysis in order to uncover opportunities and risks. The analysis offers a strategic view of the digital infrastructure, processes and systems and provides the basis for specific recommendations for action. A central element is the radar diagram, which visualises the company’s digital maturity level in various dimensions. It enables the rapid identification of areas in which the company is already well positioned and those that show potential for improvement.

Ultimately, the 360-degree assessment provides the basis for a customised digitalisation roadmap to drive the digital transformation forward in a targeted and effective manner.
