efficient supply chain management

The Challenge in Detail:

The company was believed to possess valuable data assets, including infrastructure and vehicle data, as well as customer and usage data. A data strategy program was initiated to make this relevant data available across the organization within a modern infrastructure. The goal was to leverage the data to create use cases for operational improvements, such as through the use of machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI). However, the company faced challenges due to a lack of governance structures, limited experience with data-driven use cases and insufficient expertise at the internal IT service provider.
