As a Senior Developer (all genders) Optimization Processes and AI Development, you will shape the future of AI-driven optimization processes and pioneer the integration of advanced software solutions
You not only develop innovative solutions in our waySuite software - you tailor the planning, optimization and AI solutions precisely to the needs of our customers and help them to achieve real added value
To do this, you implement complex functions for automated planning as well as machine learning & deep learning models (ML, DL, GenAI) aimed at real-time data analysis and optimization
As an experienced developer, you will take responsibility in agile development teams and support the exchange between our customers and technical and business colleagues
With a balance of creativity and precision, you ensure the high quality of our software and continuously promote the further development of our product
In addition, you will conduct code reviews, promote best practices and support the further development of development standards in the team

You have several years of experience in C++ or C#.Net and are well versed in the use of frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch as well as in the field of AI integration
You have sound knowledge in the areas of heuristic and mathematical optimization and algorithms as well as practical experience in the development of ML, DL and GenAI models
In addition to your expertise in Microsoft Visual Studio and professional source code management, you show a high willingness to learn and are able to quickly familiarize yourself with new technologies such as cloud platforms and AI libraries
You have successfully completed a degree in mathematics, computer science, operations research or engineering, ideally with a focus on optimization methods, data science or artificial intelligence
With your communicative nature and ability to cooperate, you make complex issues understandable for everyone and are a valued contact person in our team
Your profile is rounded off by your fluent language skills in German and English
Experience with ERP systems, advanced planning & scheduling or logistics/materials management solutions is a plus
