The software delivery manager (all genders) plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between technical teams, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring successful software delivery while fostering a collaborative and efficient development environment.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Being the first point of contact with the client
  • Management and reporting on the status and plan for the initiative both internally and externally
  • Facilitating collaboration between cross-functional teams involved in delivering the product or service, fostering collaboration and team decision-making
  • Managing dependencies, commitments, and providing visibility into delivery targets and progress
  • Identifying and resolving impediments early, escalating issues when needed
  • Encouraging a culture of continuous improvement and coaching teams on agile practices
  • Understanding technical concepts and systems to effectively manage software delivery

What distinguishes you

  • A bachelor’s / master’s degree in a computer science / engineering related field
  • Excellent business and technical knowledge of Sell Side fixed income electronic trading, D2D and D2C markets, and workflows across repo, rates, credit, and swaps
  • Ability to engage credibly and with gravitas at a senior level with our clients and prospects
  • Fluent English; other European languages desirable
  • Ability to assimilate new information quickly and eagerness to learn about new products
  • A minimum of 5 year’s experience working in Fixed Income eTrading, preferably with experience at a venue or vendor
  • A minimum of 5 years exposure to the front office and end-users of FI eTrading solutions
