You will be in charge of the first and second level helpdesk for our sophisticated capital market software in the area of system integration. The main focus will be on this:
- Responsibility for the integration, commissioning and support of our software systems
- Management of projects and monitoring of all quality and safety regulations to be observed
- Accept customer enquiries and offer efficient solution options
- Support during the acquisition and planning phase
What distinguishes you
Must Have:
- Study of computer science, business informatics or comparable technical training, e.g. IT specialist
- Ideally first practical experience
- Analytical and solution-oriented thinking and commitment
- Customer-oriented communication behaviour, sense of responsibility and high team orientation
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Assertiveness, resilience and self-confidence
- Strong communication skills, willingness to perform, initiative
