Yourfirm: Please explain in brief in which products and markets your company has specialized.

Our portfolio of services includes consulting, services, and solutions and our own software products in the areas of banking, customer engagement & commerce, business and predictive analytics, SAP/ERP consulting, enterprise software, and supply chain management.
Yourfirm: What makes your company so successful?
Our recipe for success is based on our elements. The “elements” are our 600 consultants, developers, and solution specialists. We organize ourselves in expert teams and competence centers at 13 locations across German-speaking Europe. The competence centers are long established and recognized for excellence in their sectors and they are market leaders. This is how we unite the advantages of decentralized entrepreneurship and teams that can react quickly in flat hierarchies with the strength and performance of a large organization.
Yourfirm: Are you hiring? If so, in which areas are you seeking new employees?
We are a company that is growing quickly, so we are seeking young talents and experts who are communicative and customer-oriented and want to develop themselves in consulting (IT or process), software development or design. This is possible in the areas of supply chain & logistics, customer engagement & commerce, SAP solutions, banking/trading solutions, Big Data & business analytics, system integration and governance, risk & compliance.

Anyone who gladly assumes responsibility and works well on a team is in the right place with us. We are an agile and dynamic company, so flexible thinking and action is right at the top of our list. People who would like a certain degree of freedom also fit well with us.
