What guides you in your work?
The passion to rethink and develop processes and solutions that center on employees. One of the biggest challenges in HR is balancing people’s needs with the integration of modern technologies. The goal of achieving this balance drives me when designing digital HR process ecosystems. I aim to create seamless end-to-end digital solutions that span the entire employee lifecycle—from the first meeting during the recruiting process to retirement.
What is the focus of your work at valantic?
At valantic, I concentrate on the organizational, technological, and market-driven advancement of valantic People GmbH to ensure our ongoing success in a highly dynamic environment.
What do you like most about working at valantic?
I thrive in valantic’s creative and entrepreneurial environment. Here, alongside a highly motivated team, I have the opportunity to implement long-term digitalization visions for our customers in a collaborative and innovative spirit.

Wolfgang, where did you work before joining valantic?
I have over 28 years’ experience as a SAP consultant. After studying electrical engineering, I held various positions across different companies, including founder and CEO of a niche SAP consulting firm and as manager of a specialist division for HCM. Since joining valantic in 2020, I have been dedicated to advancing our HXM solutions and service portfolio.
