I am passionate about providing valantic, clients, and partners with an organizational and cultural framework where the most ambitious goals can be achieved and the best results can be attained. The objective is to see all stakeholders happy and satisfied.

Why do you love working at valantic?
I studied law in Düsseldorf and gained experience in the IT and telecommunications industry before becoming a founder myself in 1999. Starting as a two-person agency, we have grown into a group of companies with more than 120 employees – Nexus United. After careful consideration and deliberation, we merged with valantic in 2019, finding our ideal “big brother” to support our journey.
What motivates you?
I have a deep passion for working on meaningful issues and projects that drive positive change. I strive for substance and sustainability, always seeking perfection and balance. A non-negotiable aspect of my work is being in an environment that upholds fundamental human values and promotes individual freedom. However, my greatest source of motivation comes from collaborating with a community of like-minded people. “Do more together!” is my mantra.

Answering this calling, I hold responsibility for the areas of People, Culture, and Organizational Development at valantic CEC Germany. Additionally, I provide support to my colleagues in the CX Division in these domains.
