What motivates you?

There are a lot of things but working together in a team of lovely people to invent and create products to make our customer’s work easier is definitely my strongest motivation.

We are delivering valuable end-2-end processes with state-of-the-art technologies and deep industry-specific experiences. At the same time valantic has built up an organization, where innovations can happen quickly combined with a powerful delivery for complex projects.

What are your responsibilities at valantic?

As managing director of valantic Enterprise Solutions, I am responsible to manage and improve valantic’s SAP-based product portfolio.

What are you on fire for?

In one sentence: making the paperless office a reality. Supporting our customers on their digital transformation journey and finding the perfect solution for their individual requirements is great.

What are you focusing on at valantic?

Being responsible for the SAP-based product portfolio, I am focusing on strategies, roadmaps and sales.

What makes valantic special for you?

The importance of entrepreneurship is lived and promoted at valantic. This gives responsibility and freedom to each individual. And in addition, valantic is a strong organization which supports as a sparring partner and promoter.

What did you do before joining valantic?

After graduating I started my career at valantic with developing SAP-based web applications. After many years in consulting, I finally took over the current position.
