What motivates you?

I am motivated by exhilarating projects, teamwork, and new challenges. I find it really inspiring to work on innovative projects that offer novel solutions and positively impact the world. Working together as a team energizes me and empowers us to combine our strengths to achieve great things. I view challenges as opportunities to grow personally and develop my skills, and the chance to find new ways to solve problems animates and motivates me to give my best. Overall, it is the combination of exhilarating projects, teamwork, and the constant opportunity to take on new challenges, that truly motivate me and ignite my passion.

What do you mainly focus on at valantic?

We work closely with our customers to develop data solutions and systems that empower them to collect, store, analyze, and interpret data and thus derive valuable insights. By leveraging these data systems, companies, organizations, and researchers can make informed decisions, identify trends, solve problems, and drive innovation. They pave the way to accurate planning, enhanced processes, optimized resource utilization, and serve as the starting point for automation. The systems are instrumental in generating knowledge and positively impacting various areas of life.

Stefan, how would you sum up valantic in three sentences?

What did you do before coming to valantic?

I am the co-founder and Managing Director of the Finance, IT & Consulting division at valantic ACE GmbH (formerly SIEGER Consulting). With over 20 years of experience in system architectures, business intelligence, data integration and migration, DWH, analytics, application development, and team and project leadership in medium-sized and large companies, I bring a wealth of expertise to my role. In my day-to-day work, I assist  companies and projects in their digitalization initiatives, guiding them through the early phases – such as software and technology selection, and requirements management – and help set up the projects and the teams needed for successful implementation.
