What motivates you?

I get excited when our customers talk about the success of our solution in their company after a project. I like to recall a conversation with a plant manager whose development projects we converted to an agile approach within a year and developed production-critical software without a lengthy specification phase. With the conversion, the plant was able to react highly flexibly to changes in production from then on and thus implement significant increases in efficiency and changes to processes. Based on these results, the customer subsequently restructured the whole organization to enable company-wide cooperation & collaboration.

What are your responsibilities at valantic?

As Managing Director at valantic Software & Technology Innovations GmbH, I am jointly responsible for the growth and strategic development of the company and stand for the topics Cloud, IoT & Data Analytics, Process Automation and Managed Services.

What are you on fire for?

As an individual solution provider, we can create added value for companies, especially in those areas where standard software reaches its limits. In the last years technology has made a huge step forward in terms of its capabilities (e.g. cloud & artificial intelligence).
My passion is to create innovative and sustainable solutions for our customers and to support them in their digital transformation and add value to their future success.

Why do you love working at valantic?

At valantic, people come together to create added value for our customers. The boundaries between the individual companies and their focus is not noticeable in the cooperation, because all parties involved aim to support the customer in the best possible way. Whenever you meet someone new at valantic, the exchange and the joint work is characterized by trust, curiosity and passion to give your best every day.
