Partner & Managing Director, valantic Division Digital Strategy & Analytics
“valantic is a progressive, future-oriented company with a clear entrepreneurial leaning. Our unique culture, epitomized by our commitment to an “asshole-free zone,” fosters a positive and productive working environment that lets us offer consistently outstanding and sustainable results to our customers.”
What motivates you? What are you passionate about?
I am driven by a passion for seeing satisfied customers and taking them to the next level of their strategic development. In doing so, I leverage my 35 years of experience in IT and digitalization projects to our customer projects’ and valantic’s advantage.
What distinguishes valantic from other consulting firms, and what do you like about being a part of valantic?
valantic is a very modern company that has only recently evolved beyond its start-up phase, despite being just under 10 years old. We are an “asshole-free zone,” coupled with contemporary structures and enormous entrepreneurial spirit. Unlike traditional firms that merge affiliated companies into a faceless monolith, valantic empowers entrepreneurs to operate decentrally, continuing the proven strategies they practiced for many years outside valantic. Within the valantic family, however, they now also benefit from the synergies and strength of a rapidly growing company with modern structures and an open-minded culture. Here, we have no legacy burdens, unnecessary overheads, stifling group internal audits and above all political intrigues.
This unique approach ensures that valantic can respond faster, and more flexibly and agilely, to its customers’ needs and wishes while offering higher quality than other consulting companies.
What makes valantic special for you?
What makes valantic special for me are precisely the characteristics just mentioned, but also its authentic humanity – particularly that of the managers and our founder, Holger von Daniels, whom I deeply respect. We are not pretentious individuals who claim to know everything, but rather people with real-life experiences, complete with ups and downs. We don’t only bring our expertise and acquired knowledge to projects but also our invaluable experiences.
What do you love most about your work?
The variety! While it can sometimes be exhausting, I find it exhilarating to interact with many different companies, people, brands, and products. The spectrum at valantic is enormous, ranging from small and medium-sized enterprises to international corporations such as Lufthansa. I love this diversity and the constant challenge of adapting to different customers and their unique needs. Devising solutions to overcome future entrepreneurial challenges is what gets me out of bed each morning!
