What motivates you?

My goal is to position valantic as the premier SAP consultancy -for retail customers, as well- and to establish it as a leading innovator in the industry. This vision is based on holistic consulting services enabling our clients to securely implement successful retail strategies.

What are your responsibilities at valantic?

As the Managing Director of valantic ERP Consulting, I oversee the Delivery and People areas within the Retail & Wholesale business segment. My role involves driving the continuous development of our team and advancing our innovative, tailored, all-in-one industry solutions based on SAP S/4HANA Retail for Merchandise Management, SAP S/4HANA for Fashion and Vertical, and SAP Customer Activity Repository.

Frank, what did you do before joining valantic? 

After studying Business Informatics at the University of Münster, I began my career in SAP consulting for retail companies in 1996. In 2000, I co-founded ComSol AG with Bernd Hellgardt and other colleagues, which has since become the Retail & Wholesale division at valantic ERP Consulting. Most recently, as COO there, I have been responsible for overseeing the technical direction of our consulting and development activities, driving personnel development, and implementing our growth strategy.
