What are your responsibilities at valantic?
As an enthusiastic “customer whisperer,” I actively contribute to the overall growth of valantic and, specifically, the valantic CX division. We share a common goal fueled by immense passion: to empower our customers, enhance their business, and ensure their success.

To me, valantic is THE company when it comes to customer experience transformation. The recipe? A strong emphasis on openness, curiosity, and a genuine desire to deeply understand things at their root. The key ingredients? The right people and a steadfast commitment to meeting customer needs at every step.
What did you do before joining valantic?
I started my professional career with a banking apprenticeship. After completing my business informatics degree and doctorate at the University of St. Gallen, I became part of the international company arvato. In the 12 years that followed, I took on various roles at Namics / Merkle DACH, mainly in customer acquisition, consulting and development in Switzerland, Germany and the UK. As CCO and member of the executive board, I contributed significantly to the strategic development of the company.
