Clemens Frank, valantic Partner & Managing Director, Division Digital Strategy & Analytics

"I work with my teams to develop innovative solutions to master the challenges of artificial intelligence. My passion lies in driving the digitalization of financial processes, the strategic alignment of financial departments, and the development of group-wide projects.”

What do you mainly focus on at valantic?

My areas of expertise are primarily advanced analytics, finance platforms & innovation strategy, and planning and reporting processes. Corporate management processes should combine cutting-edge technologies with a modular methodology that allows a best-of-breed approach. In doing so, both standard software and new, custom-designed procedural models should be considered.

What sets valantic apart from other consultancies?

With valantic, we can offer a holistic approach to corporate management. From strategy formulation to implementation, our resources cover every phase of the project life cycle. CFOs are no longer just interested in the financial perspective, but also increasingly in the operational value creation aspects. valantic can deliver everything from a single source.

What are you passionate about?

Attracting and retaining top talent over the long term is critical for our customers. My  mission is to create the right conditions for this by developing and implementing state-of-the-art processes for our customers’ corporate management.

Clemens, what did you do before joining valantic?

After studying business administration and applied business informatics, I began my career in management consulting in 2001 – starting at KPMG Consulting and BearingPoint World Class Finance where I specialized in business intelligence solutions. I later moved to IBM’s Global Business Services in Financial Management before returning to KPMG where I was a partner tasked with developing the Business Intelligence and SAP portfolio from 2013 onwards. In 2015, I co-founded verovis GmbH, now part of valantic.
